At Erovenus, we offer free shipping across the globe to ensure a convenient and seamless experience for our customers. However, due to domestic import laws, we are unable to ship to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, African countries, Brazil, and Moldova.

If the product you’ve chosen is unavailable in our local warehouses, we will arrange direct shipping from our factory to ensure prompt delivery. This process usually takes about 2 weeks.

Customs Duties and Taxes
In some countries, import taxes may be required upon delivery. These typically range around $100, depending on the doll and local regulations. As the buyer, you are responsible for these fees. However, Erovenus is here to assist you throughout the process to make it as smooth as possible.
For Australian and Canadian Customers:
Additional import taxes and fees may apply. Once you place an order, our customer support team will provide all necessary details regarding any associated costs and guide you through the process.
Countries & Import Fees:
USA: No import taxes or fees.
* Note: Due to distance, packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a $200 charge.
Europe: Most European Countries including Germany, France are tariff-free.
*Please be informed that non-European Union countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain island territories, require tariffs based on package weight and the regulations of local customs offices. Additionally, some European countries, such as Lithuania and Croatia, set weight limits for shipping packages.
Asia: Countries like Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore are exempt from import duties.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, it may take 1-3 days for updates to appear in the courier system. If no updates are available after this time, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
Still Haven’t Received Your Order?
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Contact the courier company immediately.
- Notify us at [email protected] so we can assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged, take photos or videos immediately and file a claim with the courier. We’ll assist if needed.
- If the wrong product is delivered, provide photographic evidence to us, and we’ll ensure a replacement is sent.
Returns and Exchanges:

- Do not return or reject the package without authorization. The shipping address on the box cannot be used for returns.
- Ensure the internal plastic packaging of the doll remains unopened for any return or exchange.

- Restricted Destinations: Due to import laws, we do not ship to Islamic countries, India, Brazil, Moldova, or most African countries.
