Refund

Customers may return Erovenus products if the items are unopened and unused within 15 days of purchase. Under these circumstances, customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs and transaction fees.

Please note: The return period expires 15 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product.

Return Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card: 6–10 business days
  • PayPal: 7 business days
  • Klarna: 7 business days

Once Erovenus receives the returned item and confirms it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will process the refund or explore other possible solutions to address the situation.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Order Issue Resolution

We are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter with your order. Here’s how we can assist you in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Dolls: If the doll you received does not match your order, please send us an unboxing video that clearly shows the doll, the head, the shipping label, and the packaging. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and inform us right away. We also require adult signatures for most shipments to ensure secure delivery, so please keep this in mind when tracking your order.
  • Quality issues: If you discover quality issues upon opening your package for the first time, we recommend initiating the return process within 24 hours. To ensure a smooth process, we strongly advise that you take photos or a video of the exterior packaging when you receive the product and during the initial unboxing. This evidence is required when submitting the Product Issue Form.

  • Within 24h: In-stock products are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase. If you cancel your order within this 24-hour window, Erovenus guarantees a refund of 95% of the total order amount.

    Please note:

  • A 5% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.
  • Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.

Customized Sex Doll Order Cancellation

Customized sex dolls are typically completed and shipped within one week. Customers have the right to cancel their orders within the following timeframes:

  • Within 12 hours of purchase:
    Erovenus guarantees a refund of 95% of the total order amount.
    Please note: A 5% deduction will be applied to cover bank and online payment platform transaction fees.
  • Within 24 hours of purchase:
    Depending on the production progress, Erovenus will refund 80% of the total order amount.
    After 24 hours, cancellations may no longer be possible due to the advanced stages of production.

At Erovenus, production begins immediately after an order is placed to ensure timely delivery.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.

Restocking Fees and Return Costs

Restocking Fees:

  • A restocking fee applies to products returned after they’ve been delivered. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the product's total price, depending on the item and reason for return.

Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is not due to a quality issue, customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse or factory. These fees cover the cost of returning the item.
