When you take part in our puzzle event, you have seven days to crack the puzzle. This time frame is designed to ensure you have ample opportunity to complete it at your own pace. By setting this limit, we aim to keep the excitement alive while giving everyone enough leeway to explore and find solutions.
Once you solve the puzzle, share your answer with the administrators on Reddit, Discord, or within our community. You’ll receive information about your prize within one business day! 🎁
If your prize is a discount coupon, it will be sent to you via DM within 3 business days.
For physical prizes, we will prioritize shipping from Erovenus warehouses located in Europe, the USA, Australia, and Canada, with dispatch estimated within 7 days of receiving your mailing information.
If the prize is not available in our local warehouses or your location is outside our warehouse coverage, it will be shipped directly from our factory, with an estimated delivery time of up to 90 days.
